Iniciuo Lentisimo y no puedo descargar de windows update

Inicio lentísimo y no puede descargar Windows update

Buenas tardes:

Adjunto el hijack this y el archivo de inicio,
Se utilizó los antivirus )Panda) y el ccleaner, atf cleaner, malwarebytes antimalware, sin exito, sigue lento y no puedo descargar los updates de windows.
Tambien hice los cinco pasos de Glaryutilities
1. Reparar problemas
2. Comprobar disco
3. Desfragmentar disco
4. Comprobar archivos de Sistema y
5. Exportar archivos de inicio (el cual pego aquí junto con el hijackthis)
