Linea de PC se pone lenta o lag por ratos y en juegos

Hola, espero esten muy bien. Primero saludo y felicito a los miembros activos del foro porque este es mi primer post. En fin, aquí les detallo mi problema:

Desde hace mucho tiempo que la velocidad de internet en mi pc se pone extremadamente lenta por unos segundos y luego vuelve a la normalidad. Lo noto en las descargas que haga pero me perjudica sobretodo en los juegos en linea (Warcraft 3) donde la velocidad se detiene casi por completo y no se puede ver nada en 10 o 15 segundos.
